  I had an entirely different experience here. I paid $16 for a watch band replacement on May 24th 2017 and the band began to degrade several days later. I returned to the store and was bluntly (and rather rudely) told that my money would not be refunded but rather that the band would be replaced again. The watch was held for several days ? and finally was ready with another band. 6 weeks later and the band is falling apart again. Clearly the service and materials are not up to snuff here. I have initiated a reversal of my credit card charge today as the owner already stated there are no refunds. I will also file a claim with Dept of Consumer affairs and the BBB.
